Molly was born in Pennsylvania and began to work professionally in the teen years at the Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. Her debut professional show included The Snow Queen. The following year she was cast as Little Red Ridinghood in the Arden Theater s production of Into the Woods for which she was nominated for a Barrymore Award. This role she performed again in her Broadway debut at fifteen with Into the Woods, on Broadway. Molly was recognized as a Drama League Award. Molly played the role in the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof (2004). Molly then went to Princeton University where she was an active member of the Triangle Club and graduated in 2008 with the degree of a B.A. After that, she went to Princeton University, where she was a member of the Triangle Club. She received a bachelor's degree in 2008. While she was in university, Molly began her acting career in Disney College Road Trip playing Wendy Greenhut. Molly worked in TV in shows like Royal Pains, and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly participated part of the 2007 Barrington Stage Company production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee as well as in the the Westport Country Theater's performance of The Diary of Anne Frank in which she played Anne. Molly was a part of several regional productions, such as The Diary of Anne Frank in Westport Country Playhouse's performance in the year 2010. The play in which she was the daughter of a teenager Ali.
